SAFETY & EMERGENCY
INFORMATION
Rocky Recovery is an educational and support community for people healing from relationship-based complex PTSD (C‑PTSD), including domestic violence, emotional abuse, and coercive control.
We offer information, language, and peer support to help you see patterns, name harm, and make safer choices. This space does not replace therapy, crisis services, or legal advice.
If you are in immediate danger, call 911 (or your local emergency number).
If you are experiencing domestic violence or abuse, consider reaching out to:
National Domestic Violence Hotline (US): 1‑800‑799‑SAFE (7233), text “START” to 88788,
or visit thehotline.org for chat and safety planning.
• Love Is Respect (for teens and young adults): 1‑866‑331‑9474,
text “LOVEIS” to 22522, or visit loveisrespect.org
• National Sexual Assault Hotline (RAINN): 1‑800‑656‑HOPE (4673)
or rainn.org for chat and local resources.
If it is not safe to call, use a trusted device, clear your browser history when you can, and consider talking with a local advocate who understands technology and safety planning. Use what you learn here to support your healing, build safer connections, and connect with qualified professionals and advocates when you are ready.
